As mentioned, Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page, net banking or against booking of order payment may be transferred in bank account directly on given bank account. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in INR.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of Vinayak Music World’s products is as quoted on the site from time to time.

Prices are excluding GST and delivery costs, which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket and have selected your chosen different delivery method.

For International Customers the prices may be higher as compare to the domestic because of the additional processing charges on the individual product.

Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

The site contains a large number of various products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a VMW product’s correct price is less than our sated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a VMW product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the VMW product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if you or card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. We also carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card, and VMW products will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These apply to all visitors, users and other who access or use the service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Product Care Standards

Pre-Order care– Vinayak Music World is very keen to maintain the quality of the products. A customized cleaning solution is used to clean all the products we upload on the website. All the products are kept quite safely and handled delicately so as to avoid any degradation in the quality of the products. A high-quality Inner & Outer Sleeves (In case of Vinyl Records), outer sleeves designed for Book-fold type jackets of LP’s and a fine quality wrapper for Audio CDs & Cassettes are used as a protective layer for the products. Post-Order Care– Once the order is placed, the Vinayak Music World follows the standard set of steps before dispatching it to the customers-

•          Extract and align products according to the order

•          Re-Clean before proceeding for the packing stage

•          In packaging the products, a multi-layer packaging procedure is followed

•          All the products are covered by high quality wrappers & Inner/Outer Sleeves

•          Then the first layer is of bubble wraps

•          Second layer consists of the hard card boards cut as per the products

•          Third layer is of 3to4-layer corrugated packaging paper

•          In case of heavier cumulative weight of any particular order, an extra protection layer of thermocol is also used

Above all standard procedure is followed to get your product ready for dispatch.
