Product Care Standards

Pre-Order care– Vinayak Music World is very keen to maintain the quality of the products. A customized cleaning solution is used to clean all the products we upload on the website. All the products are kept quite safely and handled delicately so as to avoid any degradation in the quality of the products. A high quality Inner & Outer Sleeves (In case of Vinyl Records), outer sleeves designed for Book-fold type jackets of LP’s and a fine quality wrapper for Audio CDs & Cassettes are used as a protective layer for the products.

Post-Order Care– Once the order is placed; the Vinayak Music World follows the standard set of steps before dispatching it to the customers-

• Extract and align products according to the order
• Re-Clean before proceeding for the packing stage
• In packaging the products a multi layer packaging procedure is followed
• All the products are covered by high quality wrappers & Inner/Outer Sleeves
• Then the first layer is of bubble wraps
• Second layer consists of the hard card boards cut as per the products
• Third layer is of 3-4 layer corrugated packaging paper
• In case of heavier cumulative weight of any particular order, an extra protection layer of thermocol is also used
